4th Degree Black Belt in Kyuki-Do, Jerry Cypert, offered a women's self-defense class run according to the WISE curriculum. The WISE curriculum includes topics from common sense assault prevention, home and vehicle safety, stress management and escape, tactical awareness, and counter-measures. I know I wouldn't want to get in a fight with any of these ladies!!
